TOP TIP Remember that it can take kids more than 20 times seeing a veggie to actually deciding they'll give it a taste. Keep being that role model and show them the enjoyment food can bring by tasting and eating these foods yourself. Keep it fun with no pressure when offering it.
Ingredients
Red Lentils, Brown Rice, Cauliflower, Broccoli, White Onion, Petit Pois, Carrot, Sweetcorn, Green Beans, Garlic, Ginger, Parsley, Coconut Oil, Mild Curry Powder (Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, White Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Cayenne Pepper)
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Pierce film several times & place on a microwavable dish. For rice dishes add a tablespoon of water. See cooking times below. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat.
Mini Bites - heat on full power for 3 minutes.
Monster Bites - heat on full power for 4 minutes.
