Lentil & Vegetable Curry


Our vegetable curry is full of warming spices, with plenty of different tastes and textures. A great little dish to try.


You could add more vegetables to this dish if you like, spinach, blitzed kale, frozen peas or sweetcorn. 


Other additions you could serve with this meal include a flatbread, squeeze of lime and a dollop of yoghurt.

  • Ingredients

    Tomato, Cauliflower, Red Lentils (16%), Potato, Onion, Chick Pea, Coconut Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard Seeds (Mustard), Cumin, Turmeric, Mild Curry Powder (Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, White Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Cayenne Pepper)

  • Cooking Instructions

    Cook from frozen. Pierce film several times & place on a microwavable dish. For rice dishes add a tablespoon of water. See cooking times below. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat.


    Mini Bites - heat on full power for 3 minutes.

    Monster Bites - heat on full power for 4 minutes.

    When removing the film - hot steam may be released, please take care.
