Haddock, Pea & Pearl Barley
Providing new textures for your little one to try, our pearl barley risotto is creamy and nutritious. A great way to introduce fish as it's not too overpowering with flakes of haddock and sweet petits pois.
If slightly thick, add a splash of boiled water and give it a stir.
Ingredients
Courgette, Onion, Mascarpone (Milk), Haddock (Fish, 12%), Petit Pois (12%), Pearl Barley (Gluten), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Garlic, Kale, Lemon, Vegetable Stock (Salt, Palm Oil, Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Celery, Caramelised Sugar, Lovage, Black Pepper, Parsley, Turmeric, Mushroom, Onion Extract, Carrot Extract, Rosemary Extract)
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Pierce film several times & place on a microwavable dish. For rice dishes add a tablespoon of water. See cooking times below. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat.
Mini Bites - heat on full power for 3 minutes.
Monster Bites - heat on full power for 4 minutes.

When removing the film - hot steam may be released, please take care.
