Beetroot & Chicken Curry


A vibrant dish which uses brown and white rice helping those tummies to feel full. The little eaters at Bumble Bees Childcare loved this dish, which, I'll be honest, surprised me. With sweet beetroots, and creamy coconut sauce I can see why!


Sprinkle with fresh or frozen coriander. And depending on how hungry your little one might be you could add a mini naan or some bread on the side to mop up the juicy sauce.

  • Ingredients

    Coconut Yoghurt, Chicken (18%), Beetroot (15%), Red Onion, Brown Rice, White Rice, Tomato, Coconut Milk (Water, Organic Coconut Milk 10% (Coconut Cream, Water), Organic Rice 6%, Sea Salt, Olive Oil, Mild Curry Powder (Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, White Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Cayenne Pepper)

  • Cooking Instructions

    Cook from frozen. Pierce film several times & place on a microwavable dish. For rice dishes add a tablespoon of water. See cooking times below. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat.


    Mini Bites - heat on full power for 3 minutes.

    Monster Bites - heat on full power for 4 minutes.

    When removing the film - hot steam may be released, please take care.
