With plenty of Mediterranean flavour. As well as immune boosting nutrients to support your little one.
Cook from frozen. Place on a microwavable dish heat on full power for 30-40 secs per muffin. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat. Alternatively, let them defrost in the fridge overnight.
