Delicious sweet potato pancakes with warming pumpkin spice
Cook from frozen. Place on a microwavable dish heat on full power for 10-20 secs per muffin. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat. Alternatively, let them defrost in the fridge overnight.
