Spinach, Garlic & Mushroom Muffin

Mushrooms are full of important micronutrients to help develop your little one. This is a great way to introduce fantastic Fungi.

Cook from frozen. Place on a microwavable dish heat on full power for 30-40 secs per muffin. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat. Alternatively, let them defrost in the fridge overnight.
