Chicken Cacciatore

Chicken, gently cooked in a rich tomato sauce, with a variety of colourful vegetables, served with bulgur wheat, this is deliciously tasty and comforting food.

Cook from frozen. For Puree Pops; take out as many as required then place on a microwavable dish. For meals; peel the corner of the film, add a tablespoon of water then place on a microwavable dish. See cooking times below. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the microwave. Do not re-heat.

Puree Pops - heat on full power for 20-30 secs per pop.

Mini Bites - heat on full power for 3 minutes.

Monster Bites - heat on full power for 4 minutes.
