Beetroot Sauce

A vibrant dish with sweet beetroots & creamy coconut sauce!

Microwave from frozen, heat for 2-3 minutes stirring half way. 
Hob defrost first (overnight in the fridge), gently heat stirring frequently.

Once piping hot stir through our chosen accompaniment. Do not re-heat

Coconut Yoghurt, Beetroot, Red Onion, Tomato, Coconut Milk, Olive Oil, Mild Curry Powder (Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, White Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Cayenne Pepper)
