  • Ingredients

    Oat Milk, Peas, Spinach, Wholemeal Flour (Wheat), Self-Raising Flour (Wheat), Egg, Vegetable Spread, Kale, Baking Powder.

  • Cooking Instructions

    Cook from frozen. Microwave only. Heat for 30-40 seconds per pancake. Pancakes should be moist & floppy, allow to cool slightly before serving. Do not re-heat.
